Plus I'm also an awful person and like to play games like Rimworld, Xcom, Barotrauma, etc and name all of the NPC's after my friends and family and then weep as I fail to keep them alive/happy. Then you could have the fun min/max minigame of getting perfect, immortal followers with good traits.
